Reese’S Peanut Butter Cupcakes

   4. Pour into cupcake pans. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove pans from the oven and set them on a rack. Let cupcakes cool.

   5. For the frosting, in a medium-sized bowl using a mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add confectioners' sugar and beat until smooth and creamy. Then add peanut butter and mix until combined. Pipe onto cupcakes and top with chopped mini Reese's if desired.
