Ready in 10 Minutes Easy Kabocha Squash Cake

   Cut the kabocha squash into rough pieces and heat them in the microwave until soft.

   Add the peeled kabocha squash pieces into the food processor and blend until smooth.

   Add the milk, eggs, sugar, and butter to the mixture and blend once more.

   Finally, add the flour and blend for one last time to create the batter!

   Pour the batter into the cake tin and place the kabocha squash peel on top to decorate.

   Bake the cake in the oven at 180C (Pound cake: 40 minutes, round cake: 30 minutes).
