start by putting 6 beers in fridge or freezer so till there cold

chop your onions and set aside half for garnish half for dish

slice peppers into strips & chop cilantro set aside

heat butter, olive oil & garlic in pan about 1 minute then add bellpeppers let cook about 10minutes on medium heat.

Add in shrimp, all seasonings & cilantro & half onions cook about 4minutes turn off let cool

add beer to center dish, top with shrimp mixture on and around dish.

top with sliced avocados on top and around as you like.

cut limes and squeeze over top and around.

cut more limes arrange around as garnish.add more chopped cilantro & onions for garnish, the pepita seeds as garnish & sprinkle more tanjin seasoning on top.Enjoy
