BASE: Blitz all of the base ingredients together in a blender or food processor until it looks like fine crumbs. Spoon the mixture into a lined slice tin & press and even out. Place in Freezer

RASPBERRY LAYER: Blend together nuts, raspberries, coconut & maple syrup together in blender. Add the melted coconut oil & blend again. Pour over the base in the tin and spread evenly. Place in freezer for 1 hour.

CHOCOLATE LAYER: you'll need 2 different size bowls-pour hot(nearly boiling water) in one bowl & place the smaller bowl in the hot water. Add coconut oil to bowl and whisk until melted. Whisk in Cacao powder & Maple syrup. One combined pour over raspberry layer and place back in freezer until set. Remove from tin & slice. Store in Freezer & Enjoy!
