Brown meat and onion in skillet with a little butter. Make dough while browning. Mix flour, salt, 3 eggs and water. Mix dough until soft and smooth, not sticky. Divide dough. Roll one half of dough as for a large pizza. When hamburger is brown add spinach and mix. Remove from heat and add 2 eggs and the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place a tablespoon of filling every two inches on the rolled out piece of dough making sure they are all uniformed. Roll out second piece of dough. Carefully place this dough over the rows of filling. Cut ravioli into squares. pinch and seal edges of each square. Drop into boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes. Remove from water and place on a serving dish. Top with your favorite red sauce.
