1-1/3 cups butter, softened, divided
1-3/4 cups sugar, divided
8 eggs, divided
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup seedless raspberry jam

Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.

Microwave chocolate and 1 cup butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 min.
