Raisin Celebration Cookies

   Rinse and drain raisins; cream butter and sugar together.

   Add egg yolk and flavorings and blend well.

   Sift flour and salt and blend into creamed mixture.

   Stir in raisins.

   Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.

   Bake in hot oven (400u00b0) 10 to 12 minutes.

   Allow to cool 2 or 3 minutes.

   With spatula, remove carefully to wire rack to cool.
