Cut with floured doughnut cutter.

Cover about 1 hour on floured surface so they can rise.

Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) in a deep fryer to 375u00b0. Slide doughnuts into oil with a wide spatula.

Turn doughnuts as they rise to the surface.
