Rainbow Pancakes

   Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.

   Whisk egg, milk and 1 Tbsp.

   oil in medium bowl until blended.

   Add to flour mixture; mix well.

   Spoon about 1 cup batter into each of 3 separate small bowls.

   Stir different flavour jelly powder into batter in each bowl.

   Heat griddle or large heavy skillet on medium heat; brush lightly with some of the remaining oil.

   Spoon about 1-1/2 Tbsp.

   of each coloured batter, 1 at a time, into arc shape on griddle to resemble rainbow.

    Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
