1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 c. shortening
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
2 chopped onions
2 chopped peppers
1 tsp. rosemary

Cut meat in chunks.

Mix flour with salt and pepper and roll meat in it, then brown in the shortening.
