Quinoa And Cheese Stew

   Wash the quinoa at least 4 times, until all the sap is gone.

   Add the quinoa to 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until quinoa is tender, about 15 minutes.

   Drain the quinoa, and set apart.

   Add the olive oil to a pot on medium heat. Add the diced onion, the garlic paste and the chili paste.

   Add the cooked quinoa to the condiments mix.

   Add salt and milk. Let it boil a bit.

   Add the queso fresco and remove from the heat. Mix well and serve.
