Quick Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

   Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.

   Place over medium heat until hot.

   Add turkey & onion.

   Cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble.

   Drain well.

   Stir in water & italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder & tomato paste.
