Quick Microwave Broccoli

   Put broccoli and water into small microwave dish; sprinkle on salt and add margarine.

   Microwave on High for 4 1/2 minutes; turn dish 1/4 turn and microwave for additional 3 1/2 minutes.

   This serves two, depending on size of broccoli used.

   Increase time and water for more servings.

   You can establish this based on experimenting if you undercook slightly, then add more time to achieve your desired degree of doneness.
