Quick Mexican Pizza

   Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

   Pull cheese into thin strips; set aside.

   Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

   Stir in salsa and chili powder.

   Place tortillas on baking sheet; top with meat mixture and cheese.
