Quick Marinade

   Lay your meat in a single layer in the bottom of a large glass baking dish.

   Pour the marinade over the meat.

   Microwave on 'high' for 5 minutes.

   Let meat sit in microwave for 15 minutes.

   Turn meat over and repeat steps 3 and 4.

   Proceed with recipe instructions as if you had refrigerated the meat for hours.
