Quick & Easy Sausage & Peppers – a delicious recipe with sausage, onions, garlic, handful Italian parsley, green bell peppers, pepper. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

10 sausage links or mixed sweet& hot
2 spanish onions large
8 cloves garlic - chopped
1 handful Italian parsley large of, - chopped
3 green bell peppers - sliced
1 jalapeno - sliced, with seeds
1 dash pepper flakes black
1 dash sea salt
1 dash dried oregano
olive oil for drizzling
romano cheese for grating

Preheat Oven 350 degrees:

Place all of the sausage in a baking dish and place in oven. Bake until the sausage is fully cooked about 30-35 minutes.

In a separate baking dish place all of the veggies and seasonings. Drizzle the veggies with olive oil and bake about 35 minutes.

Cut the sausage in half and mix with the veggies. Season again to taste and drizzle with a little more olive oil and grate with the Romano Cheese.
