Quick Caramel Cream with a Pressure Cooker

   Put the can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker and fill with plenty of water about 1 cm above of the can.

   Once the pressure cooker starts to vigorously emit steam, reduce to low heat for 20 minutes.

   Turn off the heat and let it sit another 20 minutes.

   Leave the can inside the cooker.

   Cool the can down first and open the top.

   Transfer the cream to a jar or container.
