Ingredients: 1 Butter, to grease pan; 1 cup Milk; 1/3 cup Olive oil; 3 Whole eggs; 1 1/3 cup All purpose flour; 1 tsp Salt; 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese; 1 tbsp Dried or fresh basil; 1 tbsp Baking powder; 2 cup Tomatoes, diced; 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, diced; 12 Basil leaves

1 Butter, to grease pan
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup Olive oil
3 Whole eggs
1 1/3 cup All purpose flour
1 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Dried or fresh basil
1 tbsp Baking powder
2 cup Tomatoes, diced
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, diced
12 Basil leaves

Preheat oven to 350F (180 C)

Add all dough ingredients to blender, except for the baking powder, blend well until you have a smooth dough

Add the baking powder and blend just enough to mix the powder in the dough

Grease baking pan with butter

Add 1/2 of of the dough to pan

Add 1/2 of filling ingredients on top of dough

Cover with what's left of the dough

Spread what's left of the filling ingredients on top.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes and serve!
