6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup fresh very finely chopped mushroom cap
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon white wine worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 -3 dashes Tabasco sauce
cheese sauce
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Split eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash.

Saute mushrooms in butter. Add mushrooms and seasonings (sauces)to yolks and mix well.

Stuff into egg white shells and arrange in buttered, shallow casserole dish.
