Quesadilla Pizza (Sausage & Pepperoni Supreme)

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and move a rack to bottom shelf.

   In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

   Chop bell peppers and saute until soft (35 minutes).

   Remove from heat and set aside.

   Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

   Layer 1 tortilla followed by 4 ounces cheese, pepperoni, the second tortilla, pizza sauce, 4 ounces cheese, pieces of sausage (uncooked), bell peppers, basil, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.

   Bake pizza on bottom shelf for 1215 minutes until cheese is bubbling and tortillas are crispy.
