Q-tip's sausage gravy

   in 4 quart pot cook sausage, drain reserve 1/3 to 1/2 of sausage grease

   in same pot add reserved grease and onions cook til tender

   in large bowl mix milk heavy cream parsley salt pepper and flour beat with whisk

4. 4

   add milk mixture to pot when onions are tender also add sausage to pot mix cover and bring to a boil stirring every few minutes

   boil few minutes or until gravy thickens serve over biscuits, pancakes, or even toast
