Purple Sweet Potato Fries

   Preheat oven to 415u00b0F and put tin foil on a baking sheet (this is optional with the tin foil).

   Take sweet potatoes, peel and chop into fry shapes. Place all sweet potatoes into a bowl and top with olive oil and salt and pepper.

   Bake for 30-35 minutes (flip fries halfway into cooking time), then broil for 1-2 minutes. Let cool on the pan before placing in a container, or serve immediately.
