Pumpkin Spice Cookies

   Mix together butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl.

   Add your flour and your pumpkin spice.

   Mix it all together using a spatula.

   Once it's nearly combined, knead your dough.

   Roll the dough.

   Using a cookie cutter or a glass, cut out your cookies.

   Bake your cookies in an oven for about 15 minutes at 360F (180C).

   Once they are done baking you can add some chocolate ganache on the top.
