Pumpkin Seed Crusted Pork Chops

   Preheat oven to 400F.

   Season pork chops with salt & pepper to taste.

   Dredge chops in flour then dip in the beaten egg.

   Roll the chops in the chopped pumpkin seeds and place on a platter.

   Heat the olive oil in a pan at medium to medium high heat.

   Brown the chops on each side in the pan for 2 - 3 minutes.

   Transfer to a rack on a baking sheet and put in the middle of the preheated 400F.

   oven for about 20 minutes or until the internal temp.
