Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

   Mix all spices together in a small bowl.

   For a fresher taste use fresh nutmeg, allspice berries, whole cloves and grind it yourself in a coffee grinder.

   Use ground cinnamon instead of grinding cinnamon sticks as the ground cinnamon is of a much higher quality than the whole sticks.
