Pumpkin Cinnamon Mousse

   In a bowl beat on high the milk and pudding powder, after mixing fold in 1 c. of cool whip until well combined.

   In your parfait dishes layer some of the mousse mix then top with some cool whip and a few cinnamon chips.

   Make the top layer cool whip and garnish with a few more cinnamon chips, do 3 more parfait cups in the same way.

   Refrigerate until ready to serve.
