   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.

   Unfold pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.

   Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each pastry square, leaving 1/4 inch border.

   Layer 1 slice turkey, 1 slice Swiss, and 1 slice ham in the center of each square.

   Whisk egg with 1 tablespoon water; brush onto edges of the square.

   Fold squares to form triangles and crimp edges to seal.

   Place on a baking sheet and brush with remaining egg mixture.
