Puff Pastry Cheese Squares

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.

   Carefully unroll puff pastry onto a greased baking sheet and cut into 15 squares using a pizza cutter and/or very sharp knife.

   Mix together sour cream and sugar and let it stand for 5 minutes while sugar dissolves.

   Mix again.

   Spread sour cream mixture over each square and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and pastry turns nicely light brown in color.
