preheat oven to 375-400

spray a baking dish with the non stick spray.

process the pretzels and fried onions together, then put in a small shallow dish.

mix the cheese and bacon together in a small dish and add a dash of all of the seasonings,then mix again.

wash and pat dry off the chix breast, then cut slits in the thickest part, to make a pocket.

fill each chix breast with the mixture, push them gently closed( do not over fill)

mix the honey and mustard together and brush it on one side of the breast, then carefully put that side down into the dry mixture, brush the other side with the mustard then again cover with the dry mixture then carefully lay them in the dish, repeat with the rest.
