Put ground beef and shells and can stewed tomatoes in pressure cooker.

Add salt and pepper.

In a cup or bowl mix small can of tomato sauce and half a cup of water with the spices till combined

Pour over the meat and shells and add the remaining 3 cups of water

Cover with pressure cooker lid and set to 35 minutes.

I put mine on menu button for stews.

When done let pressure release on its own for a few minutes and then try and release as directed by your cooker instructions.

Add a can of corn and mix well set to warm.

Serve with a side of sliced tomatoes and onions sprinkled with salt and lime juice by a side of avocado .

Sprinkle cilantro chopped up on top for looks and flavor.
