"Presidential Cabbage Casserole"

   Saute onion in oil.

   Add ground beef and brown.

   Cook rice in water for 20 minutes.

   Combine ground beef, onions and rice in bowl.

   Add tomato soup (without water).

   Cook cabbage in large pot with approximately 4 cups water until tender.

   Core cabbage and cut leaves into strips.

   Place cooked cabbage, ground beef and rice in casserole dish.

   Add tomato juice to mixture until very moist.

    Bake at 300u00b0 for 30 minutes.
