Beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended, scraping bowl constantly.

Beat at high speed for 5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.

Add to batter alternately with milk at low speed. Beat until batter is smooth after each addition; pour into pans. Bake at 350u00b0 for 58 to 62 minutes, or until deep golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool on cooling rack for 20 minutes.

Turn out of pan onto rack; cool completely. Makes 2 loaves.
