1/4 cups White Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 whole Tomatoes, Diced
6 slices Pita Breads Halved (or Flat Bread)
3 cups Lettuce, Shredded

In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
