Potatoe casserole

   Cut potatoes in small cubes.

   rub olive oil at the bottom of the pan so potatoes wont stick.

   Put potatoes in the pan and add Melted butter ontop (evenly).

   Add chopped onions and tomatoes (its not needed) then season with Salt, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika.

   Pre-heat oven at 375.

   Then let potatoes cook for 35-50 minutes.

   Stirring potatoes every 10-15 minutes.

   Once potatoes are about done, add sausages .

   (Cut them same size as potatoes) put back in the oven for another 10 minutes .

    Last but not least add a Bunch of shredded cheese on top .

    And enjoy.
