2 c. crushed corn flakes

Defrost potatoes. Combine next 7 ingredients with the potatoes in a 3-quart casserole dish.

Saute corn flake crumbs in 1/4 cup melted butter and spread on top of potato mixture. Bake, covered, at 350u00b0 for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
