Potato Soup

   Melt butter in fairly large saucepan, blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once.

   Cook quickly, stirring constantly until thickens and bubbly (be careful not to burn it, easy to do).

   Add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and hot dogs.

   Heat well.

   Let it cook for a while.
