2 lb. new potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. cream
3 slices crisp bacon
chopped parsley

Boil and peel potatoes.
