Potato Salad

   Beat egg yolks, then add sugar and vinegar.

   Beat all these ingredients together.

   Add milk and butter.

   Heat in pan.

   Cook until spoon coats with mixture when removed from pan.

   Let cool, then add as much Miracle Whip as wanted.

   Salt to taste after adding potatoes.

   Add more sugar or vinegar if needed.
