3/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix milk, sugar, vinegar, egg, margarine, cornstarch, salt, celery seed and mustard. Cook until thick. Set aside. Mix potatoes, eggs, onions and mayonnaise. Add cooked ingredients and mix well.
