Potato Puff

   *Preheat oven to 350F

   *Make mashed potatoes (boil peeled, chopped potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes or until fork goes in easily into potato piece, drain and then mash, adding butter, salt, pepper and milk)

   *Note: The mashed potatoes should be made with less milk than if you were serving them as plain mashed potatoes because the cheese ad egg will add liquid

   *Once potatoes are mashed and fluffy, then add egg, cream cheese and onion, blend until ingredients incorporated

   *Spread into a casserole dish and bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until slightly golden on top.
