8 c. chicken broth
4 Tbsp. sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. red wine
1/4 c. light soy sauce
black pepper to taste

Marinate beef cubes in soy sauce, garlic, red wine and black pepper for at least 2 hours, overnight for especially tough meat. Boil noodles in the 8 cups chicken broth until tender.
