Potato And Beef Bake

   Boil potatoes until tender.

   When done, mash.

   Brown ground beef, onions and green peppers.

   Add salt and pepper to taste. Layer in a 13 x 9-inch pan, starting with potatoes first.

   Then add a layer of meat, then cheese, until all is gone.

   Good to have cheese as last layer.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
