1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
4 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 bay leaf
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water

Season meat with salt and lemon juice.

Brown meat on all sides.
