1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
5 lb. boneless chuck roast
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. water
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
