Pot Luck Vegetable Bake Recipe

   Cut up large pcs of cauliflower.

   Combine frzn vegetables and 1/2 c. water; bring to boil.

   Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender.

   Drain.

   Put in 3-qt roaster.

   Stir in whole kernel corn and mushrooms; set aside.

   Combine cream style corn, Swiss or possibly American cheese, and soup; stir into vegetable mix in roaster.

   Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till heated through, stirring twice.

   Garnish with tomato slices if you like.
