Post-Holiday Clementine Cocktail

   Juice clementines.

   Cut lime into four wedges and rub along the rim of two glasses.

   Throw a tablespoon of salt on a cutting board. Run the rim of the glasses through the salt.

   Add ice to glasses. Add vodka (however much you like), add seltzer (again at your own discretion), and add as much clementine juice as you did seltzer. Squeeze lime into drink and stir.
