Possum And Sweet Potatoes

   Turn possum loose and get the short ribs ready!

   Boil them until tender.

   Wash and put taters in pan, then in a hot 350u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until they are soft.

   Peel skins of taters and put in baking dish with ribs.

   Put a small amount of sugar on potatoes and about a cup of broth in dish.

   Bake in a 300u00b0 oven. This is good too, if you use backbone instead of ribs.
