5 pounds Pork Roast, Most Of Fat Removed And Cubed
1/4 cups Cooking Oil
1 cup Yellow Onion, Finely Chopped
4 cloves Garlic, Finely Diced
3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
6 quarts Water
1 container Bueno Frozen Red Chile (14oz)
1 package Bueno Posole (32oz)
2 cubes Knorr Chicken Flavored Bouillon
1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Oregano, Crushed
Sea Salt And Black Pepper To Taste

You will need a large stock pot (12 quarts or so).

Pour cooking oil into pot and heat, then add pork meat. Cook on medium-high heat until browned. Add onion and garlic and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle flour over meat mixture and stir until browned.

Add water, red chile, posole, bouillon, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper and stir until combined.

Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down to a simmer and cook for 3 hours, stirring it every now and then.
