Servings: persons

2 med. onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 potatoes, diced
2-3 carrots, diced
1/2 head cabbage, minced
Bunch of kale, minced
3/4 pound linguine, sliced
16 ounce. can white kidney beans
30 ounce. can Pastene grnd peeled tomatoes
46 ounce. can chicken broth
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil.

Add in diced potatoes, cabbage, carrots and half of the can of chicken broth.

Cook till almost tender.

Then add in linguine and kale, the rest of the broth and the canned tomatoes.

Simmer 10-15 min.

Season to taste.
