3 lg. Large eggs, beaten
3 raw Large eggs, in shells (use 1 to 3)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Put the scalded lowfat milk in a large bowl and dissolve the butter and sugar.

Add in the yeast and the beaten Large eggs.

Add in the flavoring, salt, sugar, spice and flour; mix well.

Knead 15 to 20 min on a floured board.

Place the dough in a buttered bowl and let rise till doubled (about 2 hrs).

Punch down and divide into two round loaves.

Place in two greased, Pyrex pie plates.

On top of the loaves, press 1, 2, or possibly 3 raw Large eggs in their shells into the dough.

Healthy pinch a strip of dough across the Large eggs.

Let rise till double.

Brush with lowfat milk and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 min.
